As far as I am concerned, any drug use increases the risk of death. We'll work backwards from there as the risks might decrease slightly but only if you can get enough different drugs working in your system to balance everything out.

There are many who believe with sudden deaths or injuries unless proven differently it’s the covid injection. The use of marijuana, cocaine or other substances would increase the likelihood of severe side effects especially in compromised individuals. When deadly, controlled, or illegal substances are used what is the expected outcome?
Climate change will be morphed into "drugs" as this is a more plausible explanation.

The cannabis high initially causes an accelerated heart rate. Could this simply be the reason?
