Vaccine Roulette Part 3 - Including a patient who came back for a second bite at the apple after experiencing adverse events following both dose 1 & dose 2
Dose 1 Severe Adverse Event, Dose 2...? You'll have to get jabbed with Dose 2 to find out
Welcome to the Post-Nuremberg Ethical Apocalypse
This is the third installment of case reports of vaccine injured patients receiving another dose nonetheless.
Quick primer on the formatting:
I divided case reports into “Winners” & “Losers” based on whether dose #2 (or 3+) caused new or worsening of the SAE’s following dose #1.
(Yes, sometimes the patient gets dose #2 without suffering any SAE, at least in the short term, hence the title “Vaccine Roulette”.)
Obviously, surviving dose #2 without further injury does not suggest that it was a good idea to get dose #2 - this would be akin to claiming that playing real Russian Roulette is harmless because you survived. And there might be long term consequences that don’t show up right away.
Each report has the case report title, link, timeline of events, and some ‘commentary’; I also am including the excerpts from the case report describing the basic narrative of the case in a footnote placed at the end of the link
I have identified a few dozen of these case reports so far from the case reports that I have cataloged in detail, However, I have only cataloged about 400-450 or so out of the almost 2,600 that I have compiled to date.

Losers 😱
Case Series of Three Neurological Side Effects in Younger-Aged Individuals After Pfizer's mRNA Vaccine
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/35382061/
TIMELINE
38yo M: Day 1: Pfizer Dose #1 😍 Day ?: Tinnitus 😨😵 Day ?: Pfizer Dose #2 😱🤦♂️ Day ?: Tinnitus Worsens😵🤮😵 Day ∼180: Presents to doctor, told she is "hopeless"😱😭😵
From the study itself (case #3):
A 42-year-old nulliparous White female with no past medical history of illness or disease presented to the clinic six months after receiving her two doses of Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. The patient denies having had COVID-19 previously and describes having developed mild to moderate tinnitus after the first dose.
Emphasis on “WAS improving”.
Although she felt it somewhat improving, she was still expected to receive the second shot or compromise her diplomatic status abroad despite her voiced concerns.
That’s one (or more) really twisted bureaucrat who ordered her to get dose #2 despite suffering a serious injury following dose #1.
“Her tinnitus worsened after the second dose and has since been persistent.”
This is SIX MONTHS after the fact - she was still suffering from persistent tinnitus.
Her physical exam was unremarkable for any auricular or middle ear findings, Dix-Hallpike maneuver, as well as a complete neurological and cardiac exam. The patient was referred by the primary care physician to an otolaryngologist who performed audiometric testing, which was negative, with no subsequent blood work.
This is unfortunately typical of vaccine injuries, they cannot be diagnosed properly with standard tests that the hive-mind formula-follower doctors are trained to perform.
“She was later told that nothing else could be done, and no labs were further ordered.”
Oh well. Took one for the team.

Immune-mediated necrotizing myopathy after BNT162b2 vaccination in a patient with antibodies against receptor-binding domain of SARS-CoV-2 and signal recognition particle
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34970746/
This study provides a timeline complete with all the many, many twists and turns of this clinical saga:
Here’s how hey describe her ordeal:
A previously healthy 55‐year‐old woman received her first dose of BNT162b2 vaccine (Figure 1). The next day she developed myalgia, chills, fatigue, and vague generalized weakness. On day 21, after she received a second dose of BNT162b2 vaccine, the symptoms worsened to progressive weakness, and on day 49 she presented to an emergency department unable to walk. Her serum creatine kinase (CK) level was 7967 IU/L (normal, <190 IU/L). She was treated for rhabdomyolysis with intravenous fluids and discharged home, but she returned on day 56 with persistent symptoms.
So many ‘previously’ healthy people…
To make matters worse, not only did the patient get destroyed by the neurological injuries, she also got not one but *TWO* breakthrough covid infections to boot - within 184 days of the 2nd dose.
The authors’ conclusion?
Our case of IMNM suggests a probable association/interaction between the vaccine‐induced immune response and anti‐SRP–positive IMNM, given the temporal relationship between the disease course and BNT162b2 vaccination, presence of anti–S1‐RBD, and absence of SARS‐CoV‐2 infection in a patient with anti‐SRP autoantibodies.
Maybe they’ll feel more confident in their assessment when she relapses following her booster.
Oh, and she still hadn’t recovered at the time the case report was written up.

Central serous chorioretinopathy following Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine: A case report
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34949501/
TIMELINE
38yo M: Day 1: Pfizer Dose #1 😍 Day 7: blurred central vision in the left eye 😨 Day 42: Pfizer Dose #2 😱🤦♂️ Day 49: nausea, fever, tiredness and headache, oh my🤢🤮😵 Day ∼68 or 103: visual acuity measured 20/630 😱😱😱
What’s the difference between 20/20 vision and 20/630 vision? Probably something you’d notice. Especially if it’s your ocular ‘new normal’.

Winners 😍
Yes, some people play the vaccine roulette lottery and win!*
(*‘Win’ might be a bit of an overreach, as you’re not exactly winning something you did not have previously, except perhaps the freedom to not get another covid jab for the next 4 months.)
Marginal keratitis following COVID 19 vaccination
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/35756698/
TIMELINE
68yo F: Day 1: Moderna Dose #1 😍 Day ∼7: Eye pain, tries antibiotics unsuccessfully 😨 Day ∼18: Diagnosed with Keratitis😣😧 Day ∼22: significant improvement in symptoms following treatment😅 Day ∼28: Moderna Dose #2 while still on eyedrops 😱😱😱 Day 28+: No adverse events from dose #2 😰😌
All for the best?

Four cases of audio-vestibular disorders related to immunisation with SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccines
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/35510657/
This case series is a doozy:
TIMELINE - Case #1
74yo M: Day 1: Pfizer Dose #1 😍 Day 1 (+ 'few hours'): Tinnitus 🔔😵🤢 Day 4: Symptom resolution 😍😄 Day ∼30: Pfizer Dose #2 😱 Day ∼38: Recurrence of left-side hearing loss 😨🧏♂️ Day ∼40: Complete recovery following treatment 😍 Day ?: BOOSTER Dose #3 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱 Day ?+: "Well tolerated" 😍😍
TIMELINE - Case #3
61yo F: Day 1: Moderna Dose #2 😍 Day 2: Deafness + diplacusis + flu-like symptoms 😨🔔🧏♂️🤢 Day ∼3: Vertigo & Vomiting 😵🤮 Day ∼5: 'complete' recovery 😍 Day ∼30: "slight intermittent gait instability" 😵😰🤔 Day ∼38: Recurrence of left-side hearing loss 😨🧏♂️ Day ∼245: Pfizer BOOSTER Dose #3 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱 Day 246+: "No recurrence of hearing loss" 😍😍
On the plus side, it’s hard to hear misinformation if you can’t hear anything in the first place.
What about Cases 2 & 4?
“After 7 months of follow-up, she reported a partial recovery of gait instability. She declined the vaccine second dose so far.”
“After 8 months of follow-up, only a partial subjective recovery was reported. She declined the vaccine third booster dose so far.”
The implication here seems to be that patients 2 & 4 declined the benevolent offer to get more of the miraculous wunderkind vaccines. But it was not for the lack of their doctors trying, Heaven forfend!! And their refusals might not be permanent - both have only refused “so far”, leaving the door open to changing their minds [once the memory of their adverse events have sufficiently faded away].
Lesson #1: Don’t admit to your doctor that you’re completely recovered from the injury caused by the previous dose if you want to avoid more jabs. Ever.
Lesson #2: It might be better if you don’t ever fully recover to spare you the temptation to just admit it already if you have indeed recovered just to get your doctor to stop pestering you about it.
Thank you for the very interesting article which has darkly humorous commenting here and there.
I have to say that I am pretty much fed up with the degree of peak idiocy which is out there, in patients who really are innocently expecting or hoping Medical Practitioners are as caring as they once might have been. It's at the stage of "We'll treat you if you agree to get another booster", or nearly so. Is there a malevolent intent behind this attitude of Doctors? It seems that way at times.
Anyway, thanks again. Information articles like yours and the accompanying comments reassure me that there are many who retain logical and rational thinking out there.
Thank god for that at least!
This degree of stupidity should be illegal.
